Disclaimer
If you do not show up for your appointment on the day of (for ANY reason) or if you give less than 48 hours notice to cancel, the full amount of your appointment will be taken from your card at our discretion.
Deposits
Deposits are deducted from the total balance of appointment. Deposits are non refundable. Deposits are non transferable if you give less than 72 hours notice.
Patch Test Info
If you are a regular client please make sure your patch test is in date. You can do this by looking back on when we last spoke on Instagram or when you last received an email from us. If you are in doubt please do contact us ASAP to clarify, as if your patch test is over 6 months old it will be classed as out of date & unfortunately you will be refused service on the day of & the above disclaimer will apply. If you are a new client, please make sure you also book a patch test appointment as well as your colour appointment. This should be scheduled for AT LEAST 48 hours before your colour appointment takes place, failure to do so will result in the above disclaimer applying. As we are a small business there is just no way for us to keep on top of who has had a patch test & when, because of this we would like to make clear that the responsibility will fall on you the client. We hope in the future one day we can expand the business to employ reception staff but until that day this is our policy & we hope you understand. Allergic reactions can happen at any point even after years of colouring and are extremely serious. We enforce this policy with your safety in mind, while also protecting ourselves.
Cancellation/Lateness Policy
If you are up to 15 minutes late for your appointment you may* still be able to be taken however we will need to do a service more suited to the time frame left, or if that is not possible then reschedule. Please bare in mind deposits are non transferable.
